Combine the two and you have an ideal combo for long days on the water. Each BCX reel features a powerful multi-disk drag system that yields up to 12.5 pounds of drag, along with a recessed reel foot that keeps the reel low to the rod. As a result, the combo is easy to palm and cast. The reel is paired with your choice of a 6-foot-6-inch or 7-foot medium-heavy rod with a cork handle and balanced design. Other details include four stainless-steel bearings, a corrosion-resistant instant anti-reverse, and an anti-distortion spool.
